Do I need to give my password? ⌄
Never. InterSMM only needs your public profile URL — never your password or login credentials. Your accounts stay completely safe and secure.
💳 Payments
How do I pay? ⌄
We accept Paystack and Flutterwave — covering bank cards (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, USSD (*737#, *901#, *822#), and mobile money. All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦). No international card needed.
What is the minimum amount I can add? ⌄
The minimum deposit is shown on the Add Funds page in your dashboard. Most services start from as low as ₦100, so you can test before committing to larger orders.
Is my payment secure? ⌄
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave — both are PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by the CBN. InterSMM never stores your card details.
⚡ Delivery & Orders
How fast will my order be delivered? ⌄
Orders start within 2–5 minutes of payment. Full delivery speed depends on quantity — typically 100–1000 per hour. Large orders (10,000+) may take a few hours to complete. You can track progress in real-time from your Orders page.
What if my order doesn't start? ⌄
If your order hasn't started after 30 minutes, open a support ticket from your dashboard with your Order ID. Our team will investigate and either fix the order or issue a full refund to your balance.
My order was cancelled — will I get a refund? ⌄
Yes. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the full amount is automatically refunded to your InterSMM wallet balance immediately. You can use that balance for your next order.
🔄 Refills & Quality
Do you offer refills if followers drop? ⌄
Yes! Services marked with ♻️ include a free refill guarantee. If your count drops after delivery, go to your Orders page and click Request Refill. The refill will top you back up at no extra cost.
Are the followers/views real? ⌄
We offer a range of service qualities — from high-retention to standard. Each service listing clearly states the type. For best results and retention, choose services labeled "High Quality" or "Real-Looking".

Can I resell InterSMM services? ⌄
Yes! InterSMM has a full Reseller API. You can connect your own website or panel to our API and set your own prices. API documentation and your API key are available in your dashboard after login.
How do I get support? ⌄
Open a support ticket from your dashboard, or message us directly on WhatsApp. We typically respond within 30 minutes during business hours (8am–10pm Nigeria time).
